§ 20-298. Insurance.

Dealers, salesmen, and dealer employees may not pressure a vehicle buyer to buy insurance or offer value for that purpose, and they may not take an insurance policy as collateral from an unqualified company. They may require adequate insurance on an installment sale vehicle.
