§ 115C-105. 20. School-Based Management and Accountability Program.

The State Board of Education must create a School-Based Management and Accountability Program and adopt guidelines to support schools and local boards, recognize schools that meet goals, identify low-performing schools, form assistance teams, and set a final dispute-resolution process.
