§ 122C-275. Outpatient commitment; rehearings.

The physician or center must notify the clerk before the commitment period ends if the respondent still meets the criteria; if the respondent no longer meets the criteria, the clerk dismisses the case, and the court may discharge or extend commitment after rehearing.
