§ 45-82. 3. Notice regarding future advances.

A lender must not treat an equity-line advance as secured if it is made after the lender gets a notice regarding future advances and has had at least one complete business day to act, except for listed protected advances. The lender may also end the borrower’s ability to get more advances after receiving the notice.
