§ 75-105. Enforcement.

The Attorney General and telephone subscribers may bring enforcement actions for violations of this Article, with civil penalties, injunctive relief, and possible attorneys’ fees; some subscriber actions are barred when the violation was a mistake and the solicitor meets specified conditions.
