§ 14-196. 3. Cyberstalking.

This section makes certain electronic threats, repeated harassing electronic communications, false statements sent electronically with intent to harass, misuse of someone’s electronic communication device, and unauthorized tracking-device use unlawful, subject to listed exceptions.
