§ 75-121. Foreclosure rescue transactions prohibited; exceptions; violation.
Most people other than the transferor cannot take part in a foreclosure rescue transaction for profit unless the transferee pays at least 50% of fair market value, and the appraisal and contract must meet timing and form rules.
