§ 74C-18. Reciprocity; temporary permit.

The Board may grant a nonresident a private protective services license if reciprocity and equivalent standards are shown; the Director may issue a temporary permit for a nonresident case-related activity, and applicants must apply, comply with G.S. 74C-10, and pay the required fees.
