§ 77-96. Funding.

The Commission must adopt an annual budget, designate a fiscal agent, keep accounts in the form required by the two state auditors, submit to annual audit, and provide audit results by October 1 each year. Some North Carolina councils and commissions must help pay North Carolina’s share of expenses, possibly in kind.
