§ 143B-135. 262. Nature preserves held in trust.
Land set aside as a nature preserve is held in trust by the State and must be managed under regulations from the Secretary; it cannot be used inconsistently with this Part or disposed of unless the Governor and Council of State find the other use or disposal is in the State’s best interest.
