§ 50A-314. Appeals.

A final order in a proceeding under this Part may be appealed using expedited appellate procedures. The enforcing court generally may not stay an order enforcing a child-custody determination while the appeal is pending, unless the court enters a temporary emergency order under G.S. 50A-204.
