§ 90-117. 4. Judicial powers; additional data for records.

Certain Board officers may administer oaths and issue subpoenas; county officials must serve those process papers; the Board must pay service fees; ignoring a subpoena is a Class 1 misdemeanor; and the Board may substitute certified copies for original records in the permanent record.
