§ 12-603. Powers; rights; laws governing.
The association has the powers and rights given by law to similar nonprofit cemetery associations, but must follow special perpetual-care rules in this section and sections 12-606 to 12-618, and is generally not subject to sections 12-501 to 12-512.08 except as modified by sections 12-601 to 12-605.
