§ 13-2518. Dissolution; withdrawal.

A joint public agency may be dissolved if enough participating agencies approve a resolution, but not while bonds remain unpaid unless full payment has been arranged. Some agencies may withdraw with limited support, and the board must handle asset distribution after dissolution.
