§ 14-2129. Utilities district; water; sale; cities, villages, and sanitary and improvement districts; sewer use; charges; contract; fees.

A metropolitan utilities district and certain cities or districts may contract to use the district’s water utility facilities to collect sewer use, rental, or other utility charges, and utility service under this section may not be shut off for nonpayment of unrelated charges.
