§ 2-1104. Violations; penalties.
A violation of section 2-1103 is generally a Class III felony, but it is a Class IIA felony if it involves concealment of a high-risk agricultural pathogen or pest, is committed on behalf of or funded by a foreign government, or causes more than one million dollars in actual economic damage.
