§ 2-260. Failure to hold fair; effect.
If a county agricultural society does not hold a fair for at least three straight days, the levied money for that year goes to the county general fund instead of the society. The county treasurer may pay the society only after a sworn statement is filed and signed, stating when and where the fair will be held.
