§ 2-5507. Act; applicability; effect.
The act does not apply to older valid leases or renewals/extensions on the same terms, but it does apply to later renewals, extensions, or material changes on different terms. A party with a right of first refusal or renewal must sue within six months or lose the ability to make later claims to the railroad land.
