§ 21-2314. Corporation; dissolution; effect.

If the board resolves that the corporation’s purposes are substantially met and its bonds and obligations are fully paid, it must file a certificate of dissolution with the Secretary of State. After filing, the corporation is dissolved and its funds and property pass to the local political subdivision.
