§ 23-1506. Documents; deeds and conveyances; recording; errors; inventory statement; duty to file; exceptions.
The register of deeds must keep and preserve office records, record documents presented for recording, proofread recorded records, and file an annual inventory statement. Unapproved plats or subdivisions cannot be recorded.
