§ 23-379. Garbage disposal plants; systems or solid waste disposal areas; purchase, construct, maintain.
Each county may buy, build, maintain, improve, lease, or acquire land for garbage disposal plants or solid waste disposal areas, and may contract for their construction, maintenance, or operation.
