§ 25-2127. Ejectment; plaintiff's right terminating while action pending; verdict; judgment.
In a real-property recovery action, if the plaintiff’s right to recover ends while the case is pending, the verdict and judgment must reflect that fact, and the plaintiff may recover for withholding the property.
