§ 30-4508. Representation.
A person authorized to represent another under a first-trust instrument or specified sections may act for that person in notice, consent/waiver, and filing an application under section 30-4509; a settlor may not represent or bind a beneficiary for purposes of the Uniform Trust Decanting Act.
