§ 37-404. Permits; qualifications; limitations.
Some applicants with 30 days’ continuous residence and proof of intent may be treated as residents for a resident permit; hunting permits are barred for certain disabled persons except under section 37-404.01; the commission may set permit-day limits and tagging rules for nonresident permits.
