§ 38-10,135. Nail technology temporary practitioner; application; qualifications.
An applicant for a nail technology temporary practitioner license must show proof of three things: acceptance of the regular licensure application by the department, no failed portion of the licensing exam, and acceptance for supervised work in a licensed nail technology or cosmetology establishment.
