§ 38-1073. Licensure as temporary practitioner; requirements.
An applicant for temporary practitioner licensure must show proof of accepted regular-licensure application, no failed licensure exam portion, and acceptance for work in a licensed cosmetology establishment under a licensed practitioner’s supervision.
