§ 38-2810. Chart order, defined.
A chart order is a practitioner’s order for a drug or device for certain in-hospital, long-term care, or detoxification/maintenance-treatment patients; it is not a prescription and cannot be used to authorize dispensing a controlled substance to a long-term care patient.
