§ 38-3308. Immediate supervision, defined.
Immediate supervision means the supervisor must be on the premises and within direct eyesight and hearing range of the animal and treating personnel, and the animal must have been examined by a veterinarian as required by acceptable veterinary practice for the delegated task.
