§ 43-110. Decree; effect as between parties.
After an adoption decree is entered, the adopted child and the adoptive parent or parents are treated as having the usual parent-child relationship, with the related rights, duties, and legal consequences, except as otherwise provided in the Nebraska Indian Child Welfare Act.
