§ 44-9408. Sandbox testing period; extension; request; requirements.
A sandbox participant may ask for a sandbox testing period extension, but only within the stated deadline; the department must decide by the end of the testing period and may grant only one extension of up to 12 months. If an extension is granted, the participant must send quarterly written reports to the department.
