§ 45-103. Interest; judgments; decrees; rate; exceptions.
Interest on money judgments is set by formula, with different rates depending on whether the judgment was entered before or on/after July 20, 2002; the State Court Administrator must notify Nebraska judges of the rate and changes to it.
