§ 46-716. Integrated management plan; surface water controls.

The Chief Water Officer may adopt certain surface water controls in an integrated management plan, and must give affected surface water appropriators and project sponsors up to 180 days to identify conservation measures, set a schedule, and comment on proposed restrictions, unless extended.
