§ 46-804. Application; rejection; when authorized.
The Chief Water Officer must refuse approval of a drainage or diversion application if the proposed works would injure or damage anyone, harm the public welfare, and not benefit the state economically. While that refusal remains in force, the applicant may not carry out the work.
