§ 48-675. Short-time compensation program; commissioner; decision; eligibility.
The commissioner must decide a short-time compensation plan in writing within 30 days and tell the employer. If the plan is disapproved, the reasons must be stated and the employer generally must wait 45 days before submitting another plan, unless the commissioner approves earlier for good cause.
