§ 60-6,179. Overloading front seat or obstructing driver; prohibited.
A person must not drive a motor vehicle if it is so loaded or has more than three people in the front seat in a way that blocks the driver’s view or control. A passenger must not ride in a position that interferes with the driver’s view or control.
