§ 60-706. 24/7 sobriety program permit; application; availability; revocation.
A person may apply for a 24/7 sobriety program permit only after the director receives the listed court order, proof of surrendering the operator’s license, and the required fee. The director must revoke the permit if certain revocation documents are received.
