§ 71-20,121. Disposition of remains of child born dead; hospital; duties.

Hospitals covered by this section must keep a written policy on disposition of a child born dead’s remains, notify at least one parent, and give that parent a copy of the policy. A parent has the right to direct disposition, but the hospital may do so if no direction is given within 14 days.
