§ 71-3608. Commitment; voluntary hospitalization or treatment.
A person with communicable tuberculosis who follows the department’s rules, or who voluntarily accepts approved hospitalization or treatment and follows the department’s rules, must not be committed under the Tuberculosis Detection and Prevention Act.
