§ 71-4103. Information support sheet.
A health care practitioner must give the parents the department’s information support sheet when the practitioner provides prenatal or postnatal care, orders or administers a Down syndrome screening or diagnostic test, and gets a result showing a high likelihood or definite presence of Down syndrome.
