§ 71-629. Children born out of wedlock; legitimized; birth certificate; copies; issuance; inspection; when authorized.
The department may provide certified copies of a legitimized child’s birth certificate on request, and related evidence may be given to a parent or to the child if the child is at least 19. Other people may inspect the evidence or the original birth certificate only with a court order.
