§ 73-307. Sections; applicability; how construed.
Sections 73-301 to 73-306 do not apply to listed acts and sections, and they are not construed to apply to certain contract renewals, amendments, or renewals of amendments unless the amendment would directly increase replacement of permanent state employees or positions by a private entity.
