§ 75-708. Wires; violation; penalty; enforcement.

A person who strings or maintains a wire across a railroad right-of-way in Nebraska in a way that differs from the commission’s requirements must pay a $100 forfeiture for each 10-day period. The Attorney General or county attorney must file the enforcement action when requested by the commission.
