§ 77-6504. Additional definitions.
Terms defined in the Nebraska Revenue Act of 1967 or the ImagiNE Nebraska Act generally carry the same meaning in the Key Employer and Jobs Retention Act, unless that Act’s context or express language requires otherwise.
