NMSA 47-6-23. Right of inspection; rescission
If the buyer, lessee, or other acquirer of subdivided land did not inspect the parcel before the transaction, the agreement must give six months to inspect. After that inspection, the buyer or lessee may rescind and get a refund, but notice must be written and given within three days.
