NMSA 66-3-834. Number of driving lamps required or permitted
Vehicles covered by this section must display at least two lighted front lamps at the specified times, unless parked under the parked-vehicle lighting rules. When a vehicle has certain bright front lamps, no more than four of those lamps may be lighted on a highway at one time.
