TCA § 36-3-612 — Contempt hearing

After an arrest for violating an order of protection, restraining order, or court-approved consent agreement, the court must move the case forward quickly, set a hearing within 10 working days unless extended on the arrested person’s motion, set a reasonable bond, and notify the protected person to show cause.
