TCA § 55-29-104 — Compensation for recall repairs

Manufacturers must pay franchised motor vehicle dealers reasonable compensation for recall repairs, and in some used-vehicle recall cases must also pay a monthly prorated amount when parts or remedies are unavailable. Manufacturers may not reduce dealer compensation just because a dealer filed a reimbursement claim.
