TCA § 7-3-506 — Injunctions and restraining orders
A stay pending appeal is generally not allowed for certain injunctions or restraining orders involving metropolitan government ordinances, laws, or regulations, unless the stay is requested by motion in the issuing court and an approved bond is posted.
