TCA § 49-50-605 — Program administrator — Duties

The program administrator or the program administrator's designee, as provided in § 49-50-603 , shall perform the following duties: Maintain appropriate committee records; Maintain a file pertinent to each legislative staff intern during the period of internship; Coordinate the specific work assignment of legislative staff interns; and Coordinate the individual academic requirements of legislative interns with the chair of the academic intern committee.
