TCA § 55-10-309 — Reexamination
A judge may require a person accused of a motor-vehicle-related violation to undergo a safety reexamination by the department of safety if the judge has good cause to think the person may be unsafe to drive because of a physical or mental disability, or could create a hazard to the driving public.
